Go to the Apple Store or Google Store to download "Sleeplus".

2. Record your snore and sleep data
When you go to bed and use your device at night, you needn't connect to the APP. When you wake up the next morning, you can turn on the Bluetooth connection APP to synchronize data.

3. Setting the Sensitivity and Intensity
Home>Snore Stopper>Setting(right on the top)

If you are a light sleeper and the intensity of the vibration will make you wake up, you can change the intensity of the vibration to low.

If the device detects other noises too much, you can change the snoring pickup sensitivity level of the device to low.
